【Important】Connect your nana account with SNS or email address!

Hi everyone, thank you so much for using nana!
Today, I would like to introduce you how to prevent you from facing the "Unable to log in" issue.
Check this before you won't be able to log in!
The most reason of "unable to log in" issue is that you only register your user name and not registering with your email address or not connecting with your Twitter/Facebook account.
You cannot log out without registering your email account or connecting with your SNS account in the first place so maybe you have done that already, but sometimes there are exceptions for following reasons which will make you unable to log in again:
・Changed your device without registering your email address or connecting with your SNS account
・Uninstalled the app by accident without registering your email address or connecting with your SNS account
・Deleted your connected SNS account
・Your connected SNS account is having authentication error
If you became unable to log in with the above cases, our user support team would NOT be able to reset your account on our end as we cannot perform identity verification. Also, we cannot delete any accounts.
So, in order to prevent you from this issue, PLEASE register with a valid email address so that we can contact you when this issue occurs OR connect with your SNS account!!
If you register with your email address, you can reset your log in password anytime when you forgotten it. Also, when you have changed your email address, make sure to change your log in email address for nana.
Check your "Log In Info" in your own "Settings" section:
We don't want you to lose your important account and your wonderful sounds, so once again, PLEASE REGISTER YOUR VALID EMAIL ADDRESS OR CONNECT WITH YOUR SNS ACCOUNT!!!
